Physical Therapy Is Worth It.

Welcome to my Blog about why this is worth doing. - Justin

Physical Therapy is Worth Doing Right.

The process of getting better can be daunting. But how do you know where to start or how quickly you can expect to recover or what level of recovery is realistic for you? The variables that go into healing are almost infinite. Many people start with internet searches and discussions with friends and family, but the best place to go for information about rehabilitation is to someone that has been there or experienced it before.

Physical Therapists have been there. I have been there. My education and experience in musculoskeletal problems is extensive, and I have helped many people find a path to recovery in my last 10+ years of practice. I have experience helping those who want to help themselves get back to the activities they want and need to do. I have expertise in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and activity education. I am skilled in communicating your necessary next steps and your needed milestones. I know what it takes to return to the things you want to do, the amount of time it is likely to take, and the things that can stand in your way to success.

It is a well-worn maxim that every BODY is different, but our current medical system often doesn't recognize that and is more focused on keeping down costs than caring about you and your recovery. They don’t care if you actually get better or if you just stop getting care. I do.

I know recovery is not a thing that happens to you; it is a thing you do. I give you a tailored approach to your care focused on your goals and desires. I believe that through one-on-one physical therapy treatment, you are most likely to become successful faster and better than you thought possible. That is why Physical Therapy is worth it.

Your body is worth it. Your time is worth it. Your life is worth it. Your family is worth it. Your career is worth it. You are worth it.

Healthcare and High Deductibles

We must look at healthcare not as just a service but as an experience. Why not have the best experience while getting the most comprehensive service in the quickest time possible? Your high deductible plan means every dollar you spend must be optimally effective. Don't waste your time at a more “affordable” clinic only to not get the attention you need or care in the time you require to meet your goals. Most issues can be handled in 3-4 visits in a 5 week timeframe. This will allow you to get back to movement and back to your life. You won’t get a better deal and a more focused approach for your healthcare dollars.
